I’m so excited to introduce PlanWell, a space designed to help you stay organized, set goals, stay motivated, and build habits that lead to success. Whether you’re tracking personal projects, managing work tasks, or simply trying to stay on top of daily life, this site is here to support you every step of the way!! If you’re someone who juggles multiple responsibilities—whether it’s school, work, social life, or personal goals—you know how overwhelming it can be to stay on top of everything.

I get it!! As a busy college student balancing academics, babysitting, part-time work, and making time for family and friends, staying organized isn’t just a choice–it’s a necessity. I’ve always relied on planners, scheduling tools, and digital apps to help me manage my commitments, but I struggled to find a system that worked the way I needed it to and kept me motivated. I wanted something that wasn’t just functional but also enjoyable to use. That’s why I created PlanWell–a space that blends productivity with self-care, helping you balance responsibilities while making time for the things that matter most!

Why PlanWell?

Life gets busy. Between school deadlines, work shifts, workouts, and social events, it’s easy to feel like you’re constantly going through the motions, leading to overbooking schedules, missing important plans, and feeling completely overwhelmed. It all came to a breaking point after missing an important meeting with a close friend. I felt terrible not just because I let her down but because it made me realize just how scattered my life had become.

That moment led me here. The productivity apps I had been using were useful but uninspiring, and traditional planners were not good with my constantly changing schedule. I needed something that could adapt to my life rather than forcing me to adapt to it.

At PlanWell, I believe that planning and accountability don’t have to feel overwhelming or suffocating. Instead, they should be tools that empower you to create the life that you want. That’s why we’re creating resources that make goal-setting simple, interactive, and efficient!

Weekly Accountability Check-In: Turning Goals into Action

Setting goals is easy. Following through is the hard part.

I’ve had my fair share of moments where I set challenging goals only to let them fade out a few weeks later. What I realized is that the key to success isn’t about setting the goals—it’s tracking progress and staying accountable.

That’s why we created the Weekly Accountability Check. This page is designed to help you reflect on your progress, identify challenges, and celebrate wins. Each week, you’ll have a chance to check in with yourself, track and reflect on what’s working(and what’s not), and make adjustments to stay on track.

But here’s the best part, this isn’t just for you—it’s for me too! By reviewing your check-ins, I can better understand the common struggles people face and create content that directly addresses them. Maybe most people are struggling with procrastination, or maybe time blocking isn’t working as expected. I’ll use feedback to tailor tools and resources on PlanWell to better serve you.

I truly believe that the biggest factor in success is consistency. With the Weekly Accountability Check-In, we’re creating a system that makes consistency easier 🙂
